This option is recommended for destinations without direct flights or for very small puppies (1 lb or less), as it provides one-on-one care throughout the journey. Puppies weighing 15 lbs. or less may travel with an in-flight nanny as soon as all required health documents and travel paperwork are completed. Puppies must generally reach a minimum weight of 15 lbs. before they are eligible to travel via pet cargo. One of our experienced and caring flight nannies will accompany your puppy from departure to arrival, ensuring they receive attentive care every step of the way. We can arrange delivery to virtually any destination. Please note that delivery times depend on the availability of our flight nannies. Since they often travel on standby flights, arrival schedules may change without prior notice. Express In-Flight Nanny Delivery is also available. Option 2: Pet Cargo Shipping We also offer safe and reliable Pet Cargo Shipping for eligible puppies. Once your final payment has been received and confirmed, your puppy will be transported to the nearest airport that offers pet cargo services. Depending on your location and the puppy’s age and weight, transit time typically ranges from 4 to 6 hours. We provide complimentary pet cargo shipping to most major and regional airports throughout the United States. If pet cargo service is not available directly to your nearest airport, an In-Flight Nanny may be required to complete the delivery. The cost of this service varies depending on the destination. For international customers, we offer in-flight nanny delivery to many countries and pet cargo shipping to Canada. Our pet cargo partners transport puppies in specially designed aircraft compartments that are: Temperature-controlled Pressurized Safe and comfortable for pets Once your puppy’s flight has been confirmed, both our team and the airline will provide you with complete shipping details, including flight information, tracking updates, and pickup instructions at your destination airport.
